Name: Natasha Milosavljevic

Education:
Logistics and Economics, Södertörn University

Position: Client Coordinator

Employed since: September 2011

Before I joined the Group

- Well, before coming to the Energi Danmark Group I worked for a bank in Stockholm and later in the energy industry where I was an account manager. I started in the Energi Danmark Group’s Swedish subsidiary, Energi Försäljning Sverige, in a maternity cover but was employed permanently after only 4 months.

What I do

- As a Client Coordinator I have a lot of different tasks but mostly administration work and ongoing customer contact. All customers have different needs so it is all about good communication and that is why I spend a lot of my time developing customised solutions for our customers.

In my job, it is important to be able to see the big picture, as I often have to prioritise and solve many different tasks. I am also very service minded and focus on the customer’s needs.

What I especially like about my job

- I have nice colleagues and enjoy the good collaboration across the organisation. I find it exciting to be a part of a company that is constantly developing and growing and where you can always learn something new. There is a great focus on the employees’ health. In Sweden, we have “The Wellness Hour” giving the employees the opportunity to exercise once a week for an hour during working hours.

When I am not at work

- I am a simple girl who loves to hang out with family and friends. I also love to travel when I have the opportunity.

Fun fact

I stood two meters from a lioness that just gave birth, without protection and in an open jeep. It was a powerful and a scary moment at the same time. A safari tour in South Africa is the best I have ever experienced in my life. I highly recommend it!
